The Athletes LAB Baseball Performance and Training Academy offers a FREE Baseball Skills Evaluation.

 

Let our Experienced Coaches evaluate your athlete in the following areas: 

 

• Hitting 

• Fielding 

• Pitching

• Speed

• Movement

• Strength

 

We utilize State-of-the-Art TrackMan technology to evaluate bat speed, exit velocity, and arm strength. We will also test your speed with laser timers to know precisely where you stand against others in your age group. This comprehensive evaluation of your current fundamentals allows us to create a unique and customized program for your athlete. This will help you understand our coaching philosophy and style, quickly becoming the industry standard.
